Why Should I have A Service Agreement?

Ever had a leaky faucet, stopped up drain, or wonder if your water heater was operating at top efficiency? Most of us have. Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone check all of your plumbing needs once a year and make minor repairs on the spot? This is just what your Platinum Maintenance Service Agreement is designed to do. With routine maintenance on your entire plumbing system, those minor irritations will disappear.

A Service Agreement Customer Receives:

• Annual check of the plumbing system
• 25% discount on the standard rate should additional service work be required while active
• Preferred customer scheduling
• Waived service call fee
• Peace of mind knowing your system is operating safely and efficiently

Once A Year We Will:

• Dye test all toilets for leaks
• Check all faucets for leaks
• Check all exposed hot & cold water supply lines
• Check all sink piping
• Check all fixture drains
• Check washing machine hoses
• Check all lawn faucets for leaks
• Drain the water heater and/or descale water heater (tankless only)
• Blow out sediment
• Check anode rod
• Check & tag all emergency shut-offs and water shut-off valves
• Check water system for leaks & notify the customer (Check at the city water meter or running of pump)

$30.00 Per Month

The agreement is for a 12-month commitment that will be billed monthly. After the 12-month commitment, the service agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time by phone or by emailing info@grayplumbing.com after the 12-month commitment.

• Trailer Hydro-scrubber jetting service at the add-on rate
• Preferred customer scheduling
• Peace of mind knowing your system is operating safely and efficiently
• Reduce downtime due to deferred maintenance

Once A Year We Will:

• Dye test all toilets for leaks
• Check all faucets for leaks
• Check all exposed hot & cold water supply lines
• Check all sink piping
• Check all fixture drains
• Visual inspection of the water heater
• Check all exterior faucets for leaks
• Camera inspection of sewer, grease, storm, and area drains
• Visual inspection of the grease interceptor
• Check & tag all emergency shut-offs and water shut-off valves
• Check water system for leaks & water hammer

$43.75/ MONTH OR $525 PER YEAR!
